Acting as Principal Contractor. AWJ carried out bulk excavation, demolition, reinforced concrete works, hard & soft landscaping works to provide a new public open space for the community of Gainsborough.

Deep Drainage & Culvert Connection - Leeds

Construction of new on-site manhole and new deep drainage connection onto existing culvert in the carriageway.

Public Realm Upgrades - Retford

Public realm upgrade works throughout the town of Retford. Including new & refurbishment works to benches / seating / bins and fingerposts.

Surfacing repairs - Aldi Distribution Centre, Goldthorpe.

Surfacing repairs to the entranceway of the Aldi Distribution Centre in Goldthorpe.

Water Treatment Works - Holme on Spalding Moor, East Yorkshire.

Deep excavation and shoring works to allow installation of precast and in-situ concrete forming new balance tank.

Water Treatment Works - Bentley, Doncaster.

Excavation and temporary works to support live services. Reinforced concrete and installation of new services to site.

Water Treatment Works - Woodhouse Mill, Sheffield.

New reinforced concrete apron, speed hump and tarmac surfacing installed to provide access to new ferric bund.

Section 171 & Section 278 Works - Focus Way, Yeadon, Leeds.

New bellmouth area formed to new housing estate. Undertaken in line with requirements of Leeds City Council.

Construction of Pump House - Middlewich, Cheshire.

Construction of new 1 hour fire rated pump house at Middlewich. Including steelwork, cavity blockwork, joinery and roofing.

Reinforced Concrete Slabs - Middlewich, Cheshire.

Installation of mesh and rebar followed by concrete works to form new slab for water sprinklers.

Demolition of Dairy Building - Lincolnshire.
